Well, my dad got 'the letter' from the state of Florida secretary of state. He needs to take a vision test, a written test and a driving test to keep his drivers licence.  I don't know yet how many times he can take it before it gets revoked.  He picked up a Florida Rules of the Road book that has the signs, rules, and such.
